Spinal Life Australia-Internal Press Release
You may be aware we are upgrading our current Quality Management System to create a more user-friendly and transparent system that will meet all the requirements of the new NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
We have engaged a local consulting company, Creative Quality Solutions, to assist us with this important project, which is part of our renewed Strategic Roadmap to develop the capacity of our team and drive business efficiencies by simplifying our systems.
Some of you have already the Creative Quality Systems consultants (pictured) who are leading this process and will be ensuring the new system is more simplified and streamlined, which in turn will increase staff engagement and create faster turnaround times for improvement initiatives.
The CQS consultants will also be reviewing all company documentation, including policies and procedures, with the aim of reducing paperwork while still meeting NDIS Framework requirements.
The new Integrated Management System (IMS) will utilise a program called ProjeX that replaces our old Qudos program and will be located on the cloud, meaning it will be readily accessible as well as easy to use.
Over the next few weeks the CQS consultants will be meeting with internal stakeholders for feedback to update and create our new documentation, before holding a series of lunchbox sessions to provide information on how to use the new system as well as the revised policies.
We are working to roll out the new system from mid-February 2019. You will be invited to attend training sessions in due course and user guides will be made available.
Thank you for your support as we work through this project, and we look forward to continue updating you on its progress.
